Shipping Policy – ZAYORA

1. Order Processing Time

Preparation: 1–2 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Note: Expedited and Express service rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on weight and destination.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

Canada: GST/HST (or provincial sales tax) is calculated automatically at checkout based on your province.

United States: Estimated import duties and sales taxes are displayed and collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid), so you won’t owe fees on delivery.

You remain responsible for any additional local customs charges.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Report missing or damaged packages within 7 days of the estimated delivery date:

Email support@zayora.ca with your order number and photos if available.

We will file a claim with the carrier and, as appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
7. Incorrect or Inaccurate Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Zayora is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. Re-shipping fees will apply.
8. Local Pickup (Ottawa-Gatineau)

Free pickup is available at our headquarters:

You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email. Please present a valid ID and your order number when you arrive.
9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses or commercial freight forwarders.

Aerosols and regulated products are only shipped within Canada.
10. Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify your address or cancel your order are honored only if received before the shipping label is created.

Once the package is in the carrier’s hands, we cannot make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
