1. Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Gift cards, final-sale (“Last Chance”) items, and personal-care products (earrings, swimwear, etc.) are not refundable.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@zayora.ca with your order number.

2. We will send you a prepaid return label (for CA/US customers) or provide our return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your package, we will either:

   • Issue a refund to your original payment method (3–5 business days), or

   • Issue store credit if you prefer.

Return Shipping Fees

• Free for defective or incorrect items.

• A convenience return fee of CAD $8.95 / USD $6.95 will be deducted from refunds for size/color exchanges.

Exchanges
To exchange, simply return the original item and place a new order for your desired replacement. We will refund your original payment upon receipt.

Refund Delays
If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank or card statement.

2. Contact your bank; processing times can vary.

3. If still not credited after 10 business days, contact us.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (no weekends or holidays).

4.2 Shipping Destinations

• Canada (all provinces)

• United States (48 states, plus AK/HI/PR via USPS)
  We do not yet ship internationally.

4.3 Rates

Final shipping fees display at checkout based on weight and destination.

4.4 Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your label is generated.

4.5 Duties & Taxes

• US orders may incur import duties (collected at checkout if “Shopify Duties” is enabled).

• Canadian orders include GST/HST based on province.

4.6 Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to file a claim with the carrier.

4.7 Incorrect Addresses
ZAYORA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment fees apply.
