Shipping Policy – ZAYORA

1. Order Processing Time

  • Preparation: 1–2 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Note: Expedited and Express service rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on weight and destination.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

  • Canada: GST/HST (or provincial sales tax) is calculated automatically at checkout based on your province.

  • United States: Estimated import duties and sales taxes are displayed and collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid), so you won’t owe fees on delivery.

  • You remain responsible for any additional local customs charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Report missing or damaged packages within 7 days of the estimated delivery date:

  • Email support@zayora.ca with your order number and photos if available.

  • We will file a claim with the carrier and, as appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Incorrect or Inaccurate Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Zayora is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. Re-shipping fees will apply.

8. Local Pickup (Ottawa-Gatineau)

  • Free pickup is available at our headquarters:
    276 McArthur Avenue, Ottawa, ON K1L 6P4

  • You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email. Please present a valid ID and your order number when you arrive.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses or commercial freight forwarders.

  • Aerosols and regulated products are only shipped within Canada.

10. Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests to modify your address or cancel your order are honored only if received before the shipping label is created.

  • Once the package is in the carrier’s hands, we cannot make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
